Manufacturing, sourcing, distribution, warehouse logistics, and the storefronts sitting on top. That's what this company was built out of, and it's why operations is where we look first inside a business we're buying. Neither business answers to an investment committee, so decisions get made by whoever lives with the consequences.

Michael Irizarry

Runs client relationships and the operating machine behind the store portfolio.

Nobody Here Sells a Course

The cheap version of this hands you a program, a software login, and a group chat, then leaves you to run it. We run it. Product gets sourced and negotiated, inventory moves through a warehouse we hold the lease on, listings go up to platform standard, and somebody answers the customer at 9pm.
